Raleigh, N.C.—Collision Partners (CP) has announced its acquisition of K&M Collision, an OEM-certified collision repair operator based in Hickory, North Carolina. The transaction is structured as an operator-led partnership, with the Bradshaw family becoming significant shareholders in Collision Partners.

Founded in 1991 by Kevin and Meredith Bradshaw, K&M has been carried forward by Michael Bradshaw and his brothers Kyle, Beau, and Aaron.

As part of the partnership, Michael Bradshaw will join Collision Partners as executive vice president of Collision Operations and become a member of the company’s board of directors. Kyle Bradshaw will assume the role of general manager of K&M Collision.

K&M holds more than 30 OEM certifications from luxury, EV, and exotic brands, including Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, Lucid, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche, and maintains relationships with dealership partners.

“Michael and Kyle are not just strong operators — they are industry leaders who have spent years educating shops, advocating for consumers, and challenging the industry to do better,” said Earl Johnson IV, CEO and co-founder of Collision Partners.

He continued, “Our partnership is centered on preserving what makes K&M special while giving Michael, Kyle, and the broader K&M team the opportunity to help shape what this platform becomes and how we support other exceptional businesses that share these values.”

As Executive Vice President of Collision Operations, Bradshaw will lead CP’s collision repair strategy and the development of a scalable, high-performing operating platform across every CP location. He will work across CP’s collision centers to strengthen each location’s local identity, build upon the practices that made it successful, and identify opportunities to collectively raise the standard for quality, safety, performance, and customer experience.

“K&M is more than just a business to me,” said Bradshaw. “It’s personal. My dad started this business in my grandparents’ garage, and my parents built the foundation that gave my brothers and me the opportunity to grow it into what it is today. I learned right and wrong within these walls.

“I learned about people, relationships, and what becomes possible when you believe there is a better way and are willing to do the work to prove it. What makes K&M special has never been the certifications, the equipment, or the facility — it is the culture, the people, and the commitment to doing the repair the right way every time.”

As general manager, Kyle Bradshaw will continue advancing K&M’s commitment to quality, customer experience, OEM and dealership partnerships, team development and execution.

Both are active leaders in the collision repair industry. Michael serves as chairman of the board of the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS), the largest national trade association representing collision repair facilities across North America.

Kyle serves as president of the Carolinas Collision Association (CCA). Collision Partners will continue to encourage both Michael and Kyle to serve in these leadership roles.

The partnership with K&M follows Collision Partners’ initial partnerships with Fantastic Finishes and Chassis Master.
