Jacksonville, Fla. and New York—AirPro Diagnostics, a provider of remote Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) diagnostics and calibration solutions, has merged with Revv, an AI-powered operating system for ADAS automotive repair workflows.
The combination will accelerate platform development and meet the automotive industry’s growing demand for a vertically integrated, hardware, software and services solution.
ADAS is now standard on nearly every new vehicle and has become an essential part of modern repairs, but the technology required to complete that work remains fragmented across separate systems, tools, and providers.
AirPro and Revv bring complementary capabilities to address this gap: AirPro with expertise in diagnostics and calibration execution, and Revv with the software and AI infrastructure to manage the entire ADAS workflow, from identifying required calibrations and accessing OEM procedures to documenting and validating completed work and supporting insurer reimbursement.
Combining Revv’s proprietary knowledge graph with AirPro’s service data across millions of repair events also provides the company with a complete view of how ADAS work is identified, performed, and documented. Revv will remain open and tool-agnostic, continuing to serve the entire repair ecosystem and integrate with other tools, providers and systems shops already use.
Driaan du Toit, CEO of AirPro Diagnostics, will serve as CEO. Adi Bathla, CEO and Co-Founder of Revv, will be President and Chief Innovation Officer of the combined entity. Bathla will also join the board.
