Joining the board of directors after elections are Scott Simpson of Caliber Collision and Taylor Davis of GEICO
Kentwood, Mich.—The Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA), an independent non-profit standard-setting and certification organization for automotive crash parts, has announced the election of two new members to its board of directors.
Joining the board are Scott Simpson, Senior Vice President of Central Operations at Caliber Collision, and Taylor Davis, Senior Director of Physical Damage at GEICO.
“CAPA is pleased to welcome Scott and Taylor to the Board,” said Gerry Poirier, CAPA Board Chair. “Their leadership experience and industry perspectives will be valuable as CAPA continues its mission to support quality and confidence across the collision repair industry.”
CAPA’s Board of Directors encompasses a range of perspectives across the aftermarket automotive
industry, including distributors, insurers, collision repairers, manufacturers, consumers, and quality
experts. The board supports CAPA’s mission to ensure consumers have access to high-quality automotive replacement parts and services by identifying sustainable options at competitive prices.
