BBB Industries acquires All Star Auto Parts

All Star Auto Parts is headquartered in Orlando, Fla., and has 13 locations nationwide primarily serving the collision repair market

Daphne, Ala.BBB Industries, a manufacturer serving the automotive market and more, has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire All Star Auto Parts. Terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the third quarter, were not disclosed.

All Star Auto Parts is headquartered in Orlando, Fla., and has 13 locations nationwide primarily serving the collision repair market.

Headquartered in Orlando, Fla., All Star is a provider of alternative automotive replacement parts including both remanufactured OEM and aftermarket lights and wheels. All Star primarily focuses on the U.S. collision repair channel, which it serves through its nationwide distribution network.
