Program connects providers with fleets, insurers, and owner operators to help with coordinating roadside assistance, breakdown calls and dispatching
Wilmington, Del.—24HR Truck Services, a provider of AI and automation for the auto and truck repair industry, has announced two new initiatives designed to support mechanics, repair shops, and multi-location chains nationwide.
- Free Service Provider Capability Listings — Mechanics and shop owners can create a free account to list their services and specialties in the 24HR Truck Services network. This visibility connects providers with fleets, insurers, and owner operators looking for partners to help with coordinating roadside assistance, managing emergency breakdown calls, and dispatching help for vehicle breakdowns.
- AI Marketing Partnership Promotion — For shops that want to attract more customers online, 24HR is offering free setup of AI-powered webchat and web phone agents. These tools allow providers to handle customer interactions around the clock, automating roadside assistance calls, streamlining roadside support, and efficiently managing help requests on the road. The program is available for a small monthly management fee, with advertising spend separate and tailored to each provider’s budget.
“We know how hard it is for mechanics and shop owners to juggle repairs, customers, and after-hours calls,” said Aaron Swan, CEO at 24HR Truck Services. “That’s why we created two clear options: one free, to help providers showcase their capabilities to fleets and insurers, and another affordable program to help those ready to modernize their customer service and marketing with AI.”
The AI Marketing Partnership includes:
- Free setup of webchat and web phone AI agents.
- 24/7 customer capture so no calls or leads are missed, even nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Support for roadside dispatch and preventative maintenance scheduling, reducing the burden on staff.
- Integration with 24HR’s national brand marketing, including Google, Facebook, and a private database of 100,000-plus fleets and insurers.
