Event will focus on keeping talent in the aftermarket and in support of the University of the Aftermarket Foundation and Coffee Club campaign
Bethesda, Md.—The MEMA Modern Industry eXpertise (MiX) will host a free online webinar on Sept. 27, entitled “Coffee and Culture.” The webinar will focus on keeping great talent in the aftermarket industry and will be held in support of the University of the Aftermarket Foundation (UAF) and its Coffee Club campaign.
“We are looking forward to hosting another thought-provoking webinar about an important issue facing the aftermarket, how to retain great employees in our industry,” said Colin Foster, MiX co-chair. “In this webinar, we will hear from a panel of experts who will share their insights on fostering a strong company culture and attracting and retaining high-performing employees.
“This event also serves as a fantastic way to promote the University of the Aftermarket Foundation’s Coffee Club program and all the remarkable things that UAF does on behalf of the next generation of aftermarket leaders.”
Foster, who serves as a territory sales manager for the Gates Corporation, will moderate the panel, which will also feature Matt Davis, director of new products for Circuit Board Medic, Monica Paolini, director of global talent acquisition team for Dana and Rob Tull, CIO, Classy Llama.
The webinar aims to raise awareness about the UAF Coffee Club while addressing a key concern for MEMA members: retaining good talent. The panel will share insights into their company culture and the strategies they use to attract and keep high-performing employees.
“We want to thank MiX for hosting this timely webinar and also promoting the UAF Coffee Club and what UAF does to raise funds for scholarship and educational programs,” said Todd Hack, MAAP, chair, UAF Coffee Club work group. “This is another terrific opportunity for industry professionals to gain valuable insights from subject matter experts and ‘pour it forward’ to support the University of the Aftermarket Foundation and its educational mission.”
