Auburn Hills, Mich.—PHINIA Inc. has announced the addition of five team members to its North America Aftermarket team, as well as two team members who have stepped into new roles.

From generating robust customer business plans to creating customer delight while developing a growing team, these new leaders position PHINIA for an exciting future.”
Mike Pierzynski joins the North America Aftermarket team and will serve as Strategic Account Manager for Delco Remy, working with aftermarket customers such as FleetPride and NAPA. In this role, Pierzynski will be responsible for pricing, promotions, coordination of training, and overall customer satisfaction. Prior to joining PHINIA, Pierzynski was the Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket Account Manager for Gabriel Shocks (MAT Holdings). In the role, Pierzynski was responsible for various key Independent Aftermarket and OES customers.
Ande Schultz is stepping into the role of Senior Sales Manager for NAPA North America/Genuine Parts Company Global Sales Manager. In this role, Schultz will serve as primary account manager for the GPC/NAPA Auto Parts global business relationship, driving program expansion and revenue growth. Schultz moves from her role as East Regional Sales Manager at PHINIA, and has experience combining sales, marketing, and business development to develop revenue growth in business markets.
Aaron Henager will serve as a Retail Strategic Account Manager. Henager will manage PHINIA’s sales relationship and day-to-day business with two strategic retail accounts, AutoZone and Canadian Tire. Henager comes to PHINIA with extensive experience in the automotive aftermarket, including a strong background in retail account management. His expertise in building customer relationships and driving business growth will help strengthen PHINIA’s retail channel partnerships and support the company’s continued success.
Jimmy Faseler joins the North America team as a Retail Strategic Account Manager. In his role, Faseler is responsible for leading retail growth initiatives and developing strategies to drive long-term revenue growth. Faseler partners closely with key retail customers to strengthen relationships, align business objectives, and build annual growth plans. The role also calls for collaboration and cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, and analytics.
Henager and Faseler will report directly to Marcus Meteer, Aftermarket Senior Sales Manager – Retail. Meteer leads sales and marketing efforts for the company’s Aftermarket product lines for its retail customers, and these new hires will bolster his team.
Mike Kiser joins the North America team serving as East Regional Sales Manager for the North America team. In this role, Kiser will be focused on driving sales growth and overseeing performance across the Eastern half of the U.S, as well as leading and developing Territory Sales Managers and building distributor and customer relationships. Kiser has 10 years of experience as an Eastern Zone Sales Manager at WIX Filters, where he led sales strategy and customer development across 25 states.
Travis McGuire joins the North America team as West Regional Sales Manager. McGuire will drive sales growth and oversee performance across the Western half of the U.S. In addition, he will lead and develop Territory Sales Managers and build strong relationships with key distributors and customers. McGuire brings a diverse background in sales, having held roles with leading organizations in the automotive aftermarket industry.
Both Kiser and McGuire will report directly to Mike Harvey, who has recently stepped into the role of Senior Sales Manager, US WD Aftermarket North America. Harvey is an automotive aftermarket sales leader with more than 30 years of experience driving revenue growth in highly competitive environments.
