The new location strengthens the company's presence in Morgan County and expands access to automotive care throughout west-central Illinois.
The network continues its expansion in the state in one of the fastest-growing areas south of Springfield; Sun Auto also rebrands shop in Texas.
The new store adds to Plaza Tire Service's growing network of more than 80 locations across Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Arkansas, and neighboring communities.
The new store marks the company's 85th location overall and 12th in Illinois; another location was opened in Fairway Heights in October.
As with other Plaza Tire Service stores, the new location features over 6,500 square feet of space with eight service bays.
The expansion represents the company's seventh shop in the state, located across from the Murray State to serve students, staff and community.
