The donation will go toward a new media board in the gym that will impact the entire school for assemblies and sporting events

Castle Rock, Colo.—Castle Rock Autoplex and Castle View High School have announced a $50,000 sponsorship for the school’s new media board.

“Castle View High School is so very grateful for the partnership with Castle Rock Autoplex. The $50,000 donation will go toward the new media board in the gym that will impact the entire school for assemblies, as well as all home boys and girls volleyball, basketball and wrestling events,” said Derek Cordes, assistant principal and athletic director.

The partnership between Castle Rock Autoplex and Castle View High School is the beginning of the auto group’s 2022 local contributions and partnerships. In 2021 the group donated more than $185,000 including an ongoing partnership with Douglas County High School.

“Our group continues to seek out local opportunities to make a positive impact and investment here in Castle Rock, a community that has given so much to our dealerships. Working with these local high school programs continues to be a goal of ours and we are honored to help Castle View High School with their new scoreboard,” said Jose Medina, managing partner at Castle Rock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Castle Rock Ford.

“The Castle Rock community continues to impress me. As a father myself, I can’t think of a better way to get involved with the community than investing in local high school programs that benefit our youth for years to come,” said Travis Van Spronsen, managing partner at Castle Rock Chevrolet Buick GMC. “Castle Rock Autoplex remains committed to bringing unprecedented community involvement here in our outstanding community.”
