Straightaway Tire & Auto acquires two Minnesota repair shops

Maple Grove has been serving its market for over four decades, and Warzecha has been serving the Zimmerman market for over 25 years

Bloomfield Hills, Mich.—O2 Investment Partners has announced on Wednesday that Straightaway Tire & Auto has completed the acquisitions of Maple Grove Auto Service and Warzecha Auto Works. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Maple Grove Auto Service is a full-service auto repair facility that has been serving the Maple Grove, Minn., market for over four decades, and Warzecha is a full-service auto repair facility that has been serving the Zimmerman, Minn., market for over 25 years. The acquisitions further bolster Straightaway’s strong presence in Minnesota, O2 stated in a news release.

“As a former employee of Maple Grove during my early years in the industry, it is an honor to come full circle and be rejoined with the team here,” said Jeff Matt, Division President. “Both Maple Grove and Warzecha have exciting future growth prospects and we look forward to what we can accomplish together as part of Straightaway.”
