2027 VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo opens public registration

The annual conference returns March 4–7, 2027, to the Overland Park Convention Center and Sheraton Hotel in Overland Park, Kansas

Gladstone, Mo.—The Midwest Auto Care Alliance (MWACA) has opened public registration for the 2027 VISION Hi-Tech Training & Expo.

The 60,000-square-foot VISION Expo will connect attendees with leading manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers showcasing the latest automotive tools, equipment, and technologies.

The annual conference returns March 4–7, 2027, to the Overland Park Convention Center and Sheraton Hotel in Overland Park, Kansas, bringing automotive service professionals together for four days of industry-leading education, innovation, and connection.

Under the theme “No Excuses. Just Train.” VISION 2027 challenges automotive service professionals to make training a priority. The four-day event offers practical education to help attendees solve difficult problems, strengthen their teams, and improve shop performance.

As vehicle technology advances and the demands of the automotive service industry continue to evolve, VISION provides an opportunity to step away from daily operations and focus on the knowledge and connections that move professionals forward.

VISION 2027 will feature an extensive lineup of technical and management training designed for technicians, shop owners, service advisors, managers, educators, and students at every stage of their careers.

From advanced vehicle diagnostics, electrical systems, and emerging technologies to leadership, profitability, artificial intelligence, and shop operations, attendees can explore education addressing both today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities.

Hands-on training remains a cornerstone of the VISION experience, giving participants opportunities to work with diagnostic equipment, explore real-world repair scenarios, and develop practical skills they can bring back to their shops.

Beyond the classroom, the 60,000-square-foot VISION Expo will connect attendees with leading manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers showcasing the latest automotive tools, equipment, and technologies.

“Taking time away from the shop is a commitment, and we work hard to make that time worthwhile,” said Sheri Hamilton, MWACA Executive Director and VISION Conference Manager. “We want attendees to leave with answers to problems they’re facing, ideas they can use, and people they can call when they need help. That’s what ‘No Excuses. Just Train.’ is all about.”

In addition to its educational programming, VISION 2027 will offer opportunities for industry collaboration and celebration, including keynote presentations, the Power Summit Management Lunch, Educator Think Tank, the Celebration of Independents Awards Breakfast, networking receptions, and the popular Comedy Night Dinner.

Early-bird registration pricing is available through December 17, 2026, with flexible training packages designed to accommodate different schedules and professional development goals. Options include Thursday and Friday single-day packages, a Weekend Package, and the comprehensive 4-Day Power Pass. Additional registration discounts are available to qualifying MWACA members.

Attendees are encouraged to register early to take advantage of discounted pricing and begin planning their VISION experience. Training course selections are subject to availability, and hotel accommodations are expected to be in high demand. Registered attendees will receive access to hotel reservation information following registration.

Public registration opens Wednesday, October 28, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time. Explore the training lineup, compare registration packages, and register at www.visionkc.com.
