Straightaway Tire & Auto has over 40 locations across Colorado, Florida, Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire, and Wisconsin
Bloomfield Hills, Mich.—O2 Investment Partners has announced that Straightaway Tire & Auto has completed the acquisitions of Accurate Auto & Tire Service and Wayne’s Automotive. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Accurate Auto is a full-service auto repair facility that has been serving the Maple Grove, Minn., market for over 25 years, and Wayne’s is a full-service auto repair facility that has been serving the Grand Rapids, Minn., market for more than 35 years. The acquisitions further bolster the nearby operations of Straightaway member company, Victory Automotive Service.
Straightaway Tire & Auto has over 40 locations across Colorado, Florida, Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire, and Wisconsin.
