St. Louis County collaboration complements automaker’s nationwide network of dealerships’ efforts

St. Louis—Specially trained mobile service technicians were on-site at the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis over the weekend to install and complete a free anti-theft software upgrade for Hyundai vehicles.

The mobile clinic complemented Hyundai’s nationwide network of dealerships and drive further installations of Hyundai’s free anti-theft software upgrade for customers who continue to be affected by the thefts popularized on social media.

“Partnering with the community to address the needs of affected residents that we know need the software solution is a fantastic opportunity,” said David VandeLinde, vice president of after-sales, Hyundai Motor America. “We firmly believe it takes a village to realize this. Everyone has come together to join forces to ensure the success of this event, benefiting the local community.”
