MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers promotes team members

Each has made outstanding contributions to the association and the industry, earning them elevated positions within the organization

Research Triangle Park, N.C.—MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers has announced the promotions of three members of the Membership and Sales team. Each has made outstanding contributions to the association and the industry, earning them elevated positions within the organization.

Steve Horaney has been promoted to senior vice president, Membership and Sales; he previously served as vice president, Membership and Sales. His promotion expands his responsibilities to driving membership for the light vehicle and now commercial vehicle market segments. He also plays a critical role in building OEM relationships and coordinating MEMA OE’s signature OEM Town Hall meetings. Horaney joined the organization in 2014.

Erin Schrieber has transitioned from senior manager, Membership Engagement to director, Membership Engagement. Since joining the association 2020, Schrieber has showcased her expertise in membership engagement and has played a vital role in strengthening the organization’s relationships with its members. Schreiber’s responsibilities include membership recruitment and retention, and leading the Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) Council and the Operations and Plant Managers Council (OPMC). Her role has also expanded to include leading several MEMA OE signature events each year.

Adam Slaman, previously senior manager, Sales and Membership Development, has been promoted to director, Sponsorship Sales. He joined the organization in 2020 and has led the organization’s sponsorship initiatives. Slaman is now responsible for facilitating sponsorship sales for both light vehicle and commercial vehicle segments. He also manages the Supplier Showcase for the organization’s annual Vehicle Supplier Conference.
