Facility comes equipped with dedicated Genesis technicians and luxury customer lounge offering a full view of the service department
Chandler, Ariz.—Earnhardt Auto Centers (EAC) has announced the grand opening of Genesis of Chandler, a standalone dealership in Chandler, Ariz., dedicated exclusively to the luxury car brand. The new dealership is three miles away from its former Genesis of Gilbert location, next to San Tan Hyundai.
The facility is among the first three Genesis facilities to be built in Arizona. “When Genesis debuted with a limited model lineup, dealerships shared space with Hyundai locations,” said Hal Earnhardt, owner. “However, exceptional growth over the past seven years necessitates a dedicated space to showcase the unique brand’s expanding portfolio and incredible customer experience offerings.”
From 2017 to 2024, the Genesis lineup has grown from one sedan to three luxury sedans, two performance SUVs and a new SUV Coupe. The Genesis EV lineup has also expanded to include two electric SUVs and an electric sedan.
“Our team is excited to fully explore the Korean concept of ‘Son-nim’, which means ‘honored guest,’ in a space specifically designed for that purpose,” said David McHone, Dealership General Manager. “Plus, our dedicated Genesis technicians will bring their expertise to a new state-of-the-art service department, complete with luxury customer lounge and a full view of the shop where technicians are meticulously repairing or maintaining the vehicles.”
“Our new location should be convenient to existing customers and new visitors alike,” said Steven Franco, Service Director. “We invite the public to stop by our new showroom and experience what top-notch service and customer-experience is like.”
