Hooksett, N.H.—Merchants Fleet, a provider of fleet solutions, has announced the expansion of its relationship with Pep Boys, which has nearly 800 locations nationwide. The updated agreement is designed to streamline maintenance operations, improve service consistency, and deliver greater value to Merchants Fleet clients.
A stronger maintenance relationship
Building on a 30-year relationship, the updated program positions Pep Boys as a maintenance partner within Merchants Fleet’s extensive service network. As part of the expanded relationship, Merchants Fleet will direct a greater share of maintenance volume to Pep Boys and work more closely with the company on operational coordination and service delivery.
This approach supports Merchants Fleet’s broader effort to guide clients toward a network of service providers that can help improve turnaround times, maintenance outcomes, and the overall service experience.
As part of the updated structure, Merchants Fleet has realigned its internal program framework to support deeper collaboration with Pep Boys. This includes more coordinated planning, performance management, and long-term strategy development.
