The Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation provides financial assistance to industry professionals and their families during times of crisis
Sacramento, Calif.—The Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation (AACF) has launched a new HR Resource Kit designed to help automotive aftermarket companies make employees aware of the financial assistance available to them during times of catastrophic hardship.
The ready-to-use kit gives human resources teams materials they can easily incorporate into existing employee communications, including printable workplace posters, email and intranet copy, newsletter and presentation content, social media copy and information on how employees can apply for assistance.
AACF provides financial assistance to automotive aftermarket professionals and their families during times of crisis. Because employees may not know that this assistance is available until they need it, the new resource kit is intended to make it easier for companies to keep AACF and its services visible within their organizations.
HR departments are an especially important connection point. More than half of AACF’s assistance inquiries during the first half of 2026 came through HR referrals, highlighting the important role employers can play in connecting employees with the foundation when hardship occurs.
The HR Resource Kit is available here. Or download the HR Resource Kit directly here.
