BendPak Pro Series lifts improve productivity in busy professional shops

Each lift comes with an air-electric workstation, multiple sets of adapters, and adapter storage racks to service a wide range of cars, trucks, vans and SUVs

Agoura Hills, Calif.—BendPak has introduced the AP Pro Series of professional-grade two-post lifts. The lifts are engineered to stand up to the extreme use encountered in busy repair shops while delivering technician productivity and protection through technology and safety features.

Each AP Pro Series lift comes with an air-electric workstation, multiple sets of adapters, and adapter storage racks to service a wide range of cars, trucks, vans and SUVs.

The AP Pro Series offers versatility due to an expandable top beam and BendPak’s Bi-Metric arms that can be configured for symmetric or asymmetric lifting. The triple-telescoping nested swing arms retract shorter and extend further than other designs, enabling them to reach manufacturer-recommended lift points on a greater number of vehicles. Plus, their low profile means they can reach under vehicles with lower chassis heights with less chance of damage to vehicle side skirts, running boards or ground effects.

At the heart of the AP Pro Series is BendPak’s Automatic Swing Arm Restraint System (ASARS). With a full 360 degrees of holding grip, its forged-steel design secures the lift arms firmly in place under the vehicle with more than 2,000 pounds of load-holding force, preventing unplanned swing arm movement during lift operation and vehicle service.

BendPak’s first Pro Series models are the 10AP Pro, 10AP-168 PRO, 10APX Pro and 10APX-181 Pro. Each has a rated lifting capacity of 10,000 lbs. The 10AP Pro and 10AP-168 Pro provide a maximum lifting height of 82.5 inches. The 10APX Pro and 10APX-181 Pro offer even more under-vehicle working area, with a maximum lifting height of 89 inches. The 10AP-168 and 10APX-181 add another two feet of clearance at the top to accommodate taller vehicles like cargo vans.

Every 10AP Pro Series lift includes a WSA-100 air-electric workstation to increase the lift’s versatility. The workstation features four 110V electrical outlets and two specialized air service outlets with pressure gauge. One air outlet lubricates the air for tire inflation, while the other delivers clean air for pneumatic tools. An integrated filtration system prevents contamination. Large hooks at the bottom of the unit provide neat storage for tools and/or electrical cords.

In addition to the standard double-telescoping screw pad adapters, each 10AP Pro Series lift also comes with a set of frame cradle pads, as well as tall and medium stacking adapter pins. The frame cradle pads are used when lifting heavy vehicles like trucks and SUVs by the frame. The stacking adapter pins help position the screw pad adapter or frame cradle pad at the right height to reach a manufacturer’s recommended lifting point.
