Matthew Kenefick will be working alongside Michael Rukov, current North American Sales Director, to lead and coordinate sales across the territory
Irvine, Calif.—CTR America has announced the appointment of Matthew Kenefick as the new Director of Sales for North America. With more than 25 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, Kenefick brings a wealth of knowledge across traditional, e-commerce, heavy duty/fleet and retail channels.
He holds a degree in Automotive Aftermarket Management from Northwood University, and he has held leadership roles at Dorman, Akebono, and Gates Rubber Company.

In his new role at CTR America, Kenefick will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and leading a team, and expanding the company’s market share throughout North America. He will be working alongside Michael Rukov, current North American Sales Director, to lead and coordinate sales initiatives across the territory.
“We are going to work side by side with the same position,” Rukov told Aftermarket Matters Weekly. “Matt will cover more of the East Coast customers while I will concentrate on the West. We will also handle major customers together.”

CTR is a global auto parts manufacturer headquartered in South Korea, specializing in suspension and steering chassis components for the automotive aftermarket.
