Breaker Glass Co. will leverage Safelite’s operational systems, recalibrations, distribution, purchasing power and industry relationships
Columbus, Ohio—Safelite Group, a vehicle glass services and recalibration company and owner of Safelite AutoGlass, has announced an agreement to acquire the assets of Breaker Glass Co. in Placerville, Calif. The transaction was completed on Friday, June 4.

Breaker Glass Co. will leverage Safelite’s operational systems, advanced safety system experience (recalibrations), distribution network, global purchasing power and insurance and commercial relationships.
