“Serving as a scholarship reviewer is one of the most meaningful ways our industry can invest in its future,” says UAF’s Mike Buzzard

Bethesda, Md.—The University of the Aftermarket Foundation (UAF) has recognized the 133 aftermarket professionals who volunteered to review and evaluate scholarship applications for the 2026-27 academic year.
Their commitment to the industry plays a vital role in the foundation’s annual scholarship program, which is now in the process of awarding hundreds of scholarships to students pursuing automotive, heavy-duty and tire industry careers.
“Serving as a scholarship reviewer is one of the most meaningful ways our industry can invest in its future,” said Mike Buzzard, AAP, UAF scholarship committee chairman. “Each year, our review teams generously give their time to help identify deserving students.
“Their commitment makes this program possible, and we sincerely appreciate their willingness to ‘pour it forward’ by supporting the next generation of automotive professionals.”
