Technician survey opportunity launches for engine performance tasks

Answers will help drive the content of technical training and certification standards across the industry

Leesburg, Va.—The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is conducting a survey on engine performance task list review. The survey answers will help drive the content of technical training and certification standards across the industry. Participants do not need to be ASE Certified to take the survey.

As a thank you, ASE will randomly award $100 Cabela’sgift cards to five individuals who share their time and experience by taking the survey.

ASE is an industry created and directed organization and is dependent upon the industry for input. Certification tasks and test questions are written by industry subject matter experts (SMEs) from independent repair shops, dealers, aftermarket suppliers, OEMs and trainers. ASE has been commissioned to conduct a series of surveys and responses will help drive certification standards as well as technical training.
