CREF announces new director of marketing and project management

Amber Ritter will help assist school collision programs, students and instructors, as well as educate the public on industry career paths

Hoffman Estates, Ill.—The Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF) has welcomed Amber Ritter to its philanthropic family as its director of marketing and project management.

“I look forward to working together with Amber, our incredible team and the industry to bring the Foundation to the next level,” said Brandon Eckenrode, managing director for the Foundation.

“Amber will be an integral part of our efforts to help high school and college collision programs, students, and instructors nationwide, as well as to educate the public on the many career paths available to students within this industry.”

Ritter has 17 years of experience in program development and training, and for the past decade, her efforts have been focused on the collision repair industry. In 2016, she was an integral part of creating The Collision Career Institute, where she continues to serve in an advisory capacity as a founding partner.

Ritter said she is passionate about helping people through skills development and career pathing strategies, aiding young people as they discover careers in the collision industry and achieve their goals.
