The expansion includes the acquisitions of longtime shops owned by Burl Richards and a fourth-generation family-owned group in Lufkin
Atlanta—Classic Collision, LLC, a national multi-site collision repair operator based in Atlanta, has announced the acquisitions of two MSO groups in East Texas counties.
“I believe it is time to hand over the reins to Classic Collision to continue our mission,” stated Burl Richards, former owner of Allstar Collision, Burl’s Collision, and Henderson Collision for 40 years.
In addition to Richards’ locations, Classic Collision has acquired a fourth-generation family-owned group from Lufkin, Texas, which started by opening A&B Body Shop in 1980. The family then proceeded to open Precision Autobody, Elite Collision, and Quality Paint & Body, servicing Angelina and Houston counties for years.
“We have achieved another milestone by expanding our footprint in Texas, having seven new locations join our team. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome our newest teammates to the Classic Family,” said Toan Nguyen, CEO of Classic Collision.
