The AutoTuner One OBD-II dongle allows customers to read and write ECU and TCU calibrations through the MyFlasher mobile app
Auburn, Ala.—AutoTuner USA, a provider of universal engine and transmission programming solutions, is giving independent tuning shops a way to deliver ECU calibrations directly to customers globally through its AutoTuner One OBD-II dongle.
Using the One and MyFlasher mobile app, customers can install tunes remotely without visiting their tuner’s shop. The AutoTuner One supports more than 4,700 vehicles today, with new coverage drawn from the more than 18,500 OBD-compatible vehicles supported by the AutoTuner Tool.

Tuners manage customers and deliver calibration files through AutoTuner Cloud, while customers connect the AutoTuner One to their vehicle and follow the prompts in MyFlasher.
The connected workflow brings messaging, calibration files, datalogs and diagnostic trouble-code scans together, making it easier to tune vehicles, troubleshoot issues, and manager customers remotely. Each One is dedicated to a single vehicle, with no limit on the number of calibration files.
Every AutoTuner One is supplied without AutoTuner branding, ready for the tuning shop’s own identity. A branded sticker is included, and tuners can upgrade to a high-quality, UV-printed logo applied directly to the device in-house by AutoTuner USA.
Each device also includes a premium clamshell case, a quick-start guide and packaging supplies for the tuner to ship it to the customer.
“Customers don’t always live near the tuner they want to work with,” said Arin Ahnell, CEO of AutoTuner USA. “AutoTuner One helps shops reach customers around the world and makes that relationship easier to manage.
“Communications, files, datalogs and fault-code scans are all handled in the app for the customer and in AutoTuner Cloud for the tuner.”
The AutoTuner One uses a binary file format that allows tuners to continue using their preferred calibration suite, rather than requiring them to adopt a closed tuning ecosystem. This makes it a flexible delivery tool that fits into a shop’s existing workflow.
Devices ship from AutoTuner USA in Auburn, Alabama, in packs of 10 or 100. Official dealers can also access packs of 200 and 1,000 at discounted rates.
For broader workshop coverage, the AutoTuner Tool supports more than 24,000 vehicles through OBD, Bench and Boot methods, depending on the application. AutoTuner USA also provides domestic mail-in ECU unlocking for supported controllers that require unlocking before tuning.
AutoTuner products have no recurring subscription fees or per-flash credits, and ongoing software updates and coverage additions are included.
