The introduction builds on an existing foundation in the country through NOVUS Glass, which has operated in there for decades
Blainville, QC—Fix Network has expanded into New Zealand with the opening of its first Fix Auto Collision location, marking the brand’s entry into a new country.
Located in Auckland, Fix Auto Penrose is owned and operated by Dean and Emma Letcher, who bring more than 25 years of combined experience in the collision repair industry. Their shop introduces the Fix Auto model to the New Zealand market.
“Entering New Zealand is an important step for our network,” said Steve Leal, President and CEO of Fix Network. “Dean and Emma bring strong experience and a clear commitment to quality. We’re looking forward to growing the Fix Auto presence in this market alongside them.”
Fix Auto Penrose is the first in a series of locations planned for the brand, with a further three collision centers anticipated to open within the next two months.
The introduction of Fix Auto builds on an existing foundation in New Zealand through NOVUS Glass, which has operated in the country for decades and joined the Fix Network family in 2017. With more than 60 locally owned locations nationwide, the NOVUS Glass team will support the development of Fix Auto in the market.
“We’ve built NOVUS Glass in New Zealand around local ownership and consistent service,” said John Armstrong, Managing Director of NOVUS Glass New Zealand and Fix Auto Collision New Zealand. “That same approach will guide the growth of Fix Auto, starting here in Auckland.”
The addition of Fix Auto Penrose brings Fix Auto’s global network to more than 875 locations across 10 countries.
