Awards recognize best in class examples of ACES and PIES data standards use and compliance as well as electronic cataloging and content in B2C platforms
Atlanta—The Aftermarket Content Professionals Network (ACPN), a community of the Auto Care Association, announced the winners of the 2026 ACPN Content Excellence Awards at the annual Auto Care Connect educational event, May 11-14, in Atlanta.
The ACPN Content Excellence Awards recognize both companies and individuals for excellence in the content management space. The ACPN company-based awards recognize best in class examples of ACES and PIES data standards use and compliance as well as electronic cataloging and content in B2C platforms in the aftermarket.
The ACPN individual-based award recognizes individuals who lead, innovate, and provide remarkable contributions to the ACPN and content management communities, content management and supporting technologies and the auto care industry.
ACES and PIES Data Award – Year, Make, Model Applications Only (BaseVehicleID)
This category is intended to recognize excellent source data. This award judges ACES and PIES files on a variety of criteria that ACPN deems as essential when creating best-in-class ACES and PIES data for ACES xml files that utilize year, make, model applications (BaseVehicleID) only.
The 2026 winners are:

This category is intended to recognize excellent source data. This award judges ACES and PIES files on a variety of criteria that ACPN deems as essential when creating best in class ACES and PIES data for ACES xml files that utilize manufacturer/equipment model applications (EquipmentBaseID) only.
The 2026 winner is:

Web-Based Catalog Award
This category is for catalog application lookup that is purely browser-based (websites) and does not require any special client-side app to be installed.

Trailblazer Award
The ACPN Content Excellence Trailblazer Award recognizes annually a single individual who leads, innovates and provides remarkable contributions to the ACPN and content management communities, content management and supporting technologies, and the auto care industry.
This award is presented and managed by the Aftermarket Content Professionals (ACPN) Leadership Council and the Technology Standards Committee (TSC).
The 2026 winner is: Jason Riegel, MAAP, ACP
Receiver’s Choice Awards
The Receiver’s Choice Award recognizes organizations that are supplying high-quality content including ACES, PIES, digital assets and other customer specific formats.
Honorees are selected by content receivers who support ACPN for their exemplary content and are leading the way in integrity, accuracy, timeliness, completeness, best practices and other proprietary specific judging criteria.
