Collision launches growth strategy in Southeast with two Florida acquisitions

Fantastic Finishes is regarded a premier U.S. collision repair operation and Chassis Master has a strong luxury OEM and dealership repair portfolio

Miami—Collision Partners (CP), a collision repair platform focused on acquiring, integrating, and scaling independent collision shops, has announced the acquisitions of Fantastic Finishes of West Palm Beach, and Chassis Master of Mirmar. They mark the launch of CP’s growth strategy across the Southeastern U.S.

“Collision Partners’ approach to Fantastic Finishes and Chassis Master is rooted in partnership – preserving the reputation, relationships, and operational strengths that make the businesses extraordinary, while bringing additional resources, expanded industry reach, and platform capabilities to support their next phase of growth,” said Earl Johnson IV, CEO and Co-Founder of Collision Partners. “CP believes Fantastic Finishes and Chassis Master are exceptionally well positioned to thrive in a rapidly evolving collision-repair landscape.”

As part of these transactions, Russ Swift, founder of Fantastic Finishes, joins Collision Partners as Director of Strategic Operations and as a significant equity partner and long-term builder of the platform, while Scott Woodard, a 41-year veteran of the collision-repair industry with extensive OEM and dealership relationships, joins Collision Partners as Vice President of Integrations.

Founded and led by Swift, Fantastic Finishes is widely regarded as one of the premier collision-repair operations in the United States, according to CP.

The Fantastic Finishes partnership followed closely after that of Chassis Master, a 75-year-old, multi-generational family business with a strong luxury OEM and dealership repair portfolio.

“Russ and Scott represent the caliber of leadership we want shaping this platform – experienced operators, disciplined business builders, and leaders who set the tone for operational excellence,” said Earl Johnson IV, CEO and Co-Founder of Collision Partners. “These highly revered shops and industry leaders form an exceptional foundation for Collision Partners’ growth.”

The completion of these acquisitions represents the first step in Collision Partners’ long-term growth plan. The Company continues to pursue additional partnerships selectively, prioritizing businesses that share its commitment to quality, safety, and operational discipline. Owners and advisors interested in exploring a partnership are encouraged to contact the Company at info@collisionpartners.com.
