Semi-annual specification update includes nearly 3,000 new and existing records, as well as updates to popular software features
St. Louis—Hunter Engineering has released the latest semi-annual vehicle coverage for its alignment, ADAS and inspection equipment. The 2026 WinAlign vehicle information database update became available Nov. 3.
The release covers brand-new records — those not yet in existence at the time of the previous release — as well as updates to existing records, covering OEM changes to existing vehicles.
There are 421 new records and 2,492 updates to existing records, including the new 2026 Toyota 4Runner, Toyota Corolla, Hyundai Palisade, Honda Passport and Ford Expedition.
The release also incorporates updates to popular software features, such as the tools and kits database, alignment angle specifications, expanded CodeLink coverage, 24/7 access to Hunter’s WebSpecs, TPMSpecs database and reset procedures, VIN recall support, adjustment assistance, ADAS calibration procedures and more.
To ensure a seamless installation, customers should contact their local Hunter service representative to schedule the upgrade.
Hunter’s full-service ADASLink diagnostic scan tool is also available for shops seeking even more vehicle coverage and capabilities. ADASLink integrates with the aligner and provides access to OEM secure gateways for steering systems resets and dynamic ADAS calibrations, speeding the work and generating superior documentation.
The next vehicle information database update release is scheduled for May of next year.
