The prize includes airfare, hotel accommodations, monorail passes, a cash stipend and official on-site recognition from I-CAR.

The four-year U.S. Department of Labor initiative pays for employers to hire and keep new auto, collision, and truck technicians.
They will establish the Ralph McCabe & Dominic Molfese Memorial Scholarship in honor of their grandparents who had careers in the industry.
“One of the most rewarding parts of teaching is hearing from graduates about how the education they received helped them build successful careers," Conway says.
