Denver—Colorado’s Urban Autocare with six locations and its team have been selected as the 2025 NAPA Colorado Auto Shop of the Year, out of 343 NAPA Auto Care Centers in the Denver-metro area including Castle Rock and Fort Collins service areas.
“Receiving such a great honor from well-respected industry peers and vendors such as NAPA is a tremendous blessing for our entire team,” owner Brian Sump told Aftermarket Matters Weekly. “We give great effort to help transform the automotive industry and it’s wonderful to be recognized. Sincere thanks to Tony, Ian and the Colorado NAPA team for selecting Urban Autocare this year!”
Urban Autocare was selected based on multiple criteria: amount of ASE technicians employed, level of partnership with NAPA Auto Parts, community involvement, industry involvement, amount of training available to employees, cleanliness of shops/ overall appearance and online review ratings.
NAPA Denver district area sales managers Tony Ralston-Kerr and Ian Gnadt presented the award during a manager meeting.
“Urban Autocare stands out not only as top-tier auto repair facilities but also as an exceptional business partner,” Gnadt said. “Their commitment to quality, transparency, and customer satisfaction is unmatched. Beyond their expert staff and management, Urban Autocare actively invests in their community and leads within the industry, demonstrating a genuine dedication to both local support and industry involvement. Partnering with Urban Autocare means working with a team that values integrity, excellence, and meaningful impact at every turn.”
