Denver—ASA Colorado is sponsoring a class to teach shops how to rethink their company from their customers’ perspective. It will examine ideal customer profiles, and shops will develop one for their company.
The class will be taught by Michael Herzberg Smith, who will share his 36 years experience in Strategy, Culture and Human Empowerment.
The class will examine each company’s value-levers and functions through a customer-lens, challenging current service philosophies, KPI’s and goals in each. The driving objective is to create a company that the best customers in a specific market will choose as their “mechanic of choice.”
