The Blue Ash location was strategically chosen to meet the ADAS calibration needs of local body shops and auto repair businesses
Blue Ash, Ohio—Car ADAS Solutions has announced that TAG Calibrations, a licensee with multiple calibration centers, opened a new facility that serves the Blue Ash, Ohio, community. The 9,000-square-foot facility is staffed by four full-time technicians.

TAG Calibrations was founded by Andy Tylka, who began his career in the collision repair industry as the owner of TAG Auto Group, a network of body shops across Indiana and Illinois. Tylka also serves on the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) executive committee as treasurer.

He expanded into calibration services three years ago, and his Midwest ADAS locations include facilities in Merrillville, Lafayette and Pendleton, Ind. In addition to the new location in Blue Ash, TAG Calibrations has centers in Columbus and Hazelwood, Ohio. New locations in Akron, Ohio and Clarksville, Ky., are scheduled to open soon.
Joining Tylka is partner Doug Higgins, who has played an instrumental role in the company’s growth and commitment to quality.
“TAG calibrations has been in the ADAS space for many years and are pillars in the communities they serve,” said Kevin Caruso, chief operations officer of Car ADAS Solutions. “Andy and Doug, as well as the entire team at TAG Calibrations, are dedicated to precisely calibrating the vehicle safety systems to function as the manufacturer intended. We are excited to extend their outreach.”
Tylka explained, “I saw the future of the industry shifting toward technology and ADAS, and I wanted to make sure we were ahead of the curve. The lack of consistency and quality in the market pushed me to create a solution that prioritizes precision and safety.”
The company is now building a national presence with additional locations under construction and a target of 25 locations by the end of 2025. “The liability for improperly calibrated vehicles is enormous,” Tylka added. “We’re here to make sure every vehicle leaves our facility meeting OEM standards, protecting our partners and their customers.”
The Blue Ash location was strategically chosen to meet the needs of local body shops and auto repair businesses. The team prioritizes collaboration, allowing their partners to have the support they need to succeed. “We don’t just want to serve our customers — we want to be a partner in their business,” Tylka added.
