SMP’s Ryan Kooiman will explain why after a compressor failure, every inch of the refrigerant path must be replaced or flushed

Leesburg, Va.—The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is hosting a free webinar on Tuesday, April 22, at 4:00 p.m. ET entitled “HVAC Best Practices.”
Automotive HVAC systems continue to become more efficient and complex to meet stringent Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) standards for fuel economy. As refrigerant charges get smaller, the room for error becomes near zero.
Today’s vehicles rely on the HVAC system not only for passenger comfort, but also for keeping the high voltage systems cool.
In this free online webinar, Ryan Kooiman of Standard Motor Products will help participants understand best practices and explain why after a compressor failure, every inch of the refrigerant path must be replaced or flushed.
Participants in this webinar will receive a certificate of attendance for this live session. Allow one week for automatic email delivery of the certificate.
After registering, a confirmation email will be sent containing information about joining the webinar. Those who are not sure if they can attend are encouraged to register as they will receive a follow-up email with details on how to attend a recorded session, if available. Access to recorded sessions is reserved for those who register for the live event.
