Paruszkiewicz will manage inbound freight, track and reduce inventory levels, drive cost savings and support warehouse operations
Dublin, Ohio—Litens Aftermarket N.A, a provider of aftermarket belt drive products, has hired Jack Paruszkiewicz as supply chain analyst to support the company’s growing supply chain and distribution operations.
Paruszkiewicz comes to Litens with a background spanning the automotive, heavy-duty and industrial sectors. His prior role was as a buyer at General Fasteners, where he managed a high-volume supplier base, executed inventory reduction projects that improved item turns by nearly 50% and kept transportation costs in check through consolidated shipping.
In his new role, Paruszkiewicz will manage inbound freight, track and reduce inventory levels, drive cost savings and support warehouse operations at the company’s Toledo-based distribution facility, Litens Distribution Inc.
His hire comes as the company recently expanded into the water pumps market through the addition of Dolz, a European brand with 90 years of history in the category. Managing the supply chain complexity that comes with that kind of growth is exactly what Paruszkiewicz was brought on to support.
