Fisher Auto Parts acquires Massachusetts’ Bagnell Auto Supply

The acquisition includes seven Massachusetts locations plus the central warehouse and company headquarters in Rockland

Staunton, Va.—Fisher Auto Parts has acquired Massachusetts-based Bagnell Auto Supply, it was announced by Herb Godschalk, president of Fisher Auto Parts.

The acquisition includes seven Massachusetts locations in Hanover, Marshfield, Quincy, Randolph, Rockland, Stoughton and Weymouth plus the central warehouse and company headquarters in Rockland.

Bagnell Auto Supply has served the south shore area of Massachusetts for over 36 years. It has developed multi-generational relationships with service facilities throughout its local markets, providing service and supplying the products for the proper applications to its diverse customer base.

“Since 1986, when Tom and Craig Borr purchased the first Bagnell location in Rockland, they have strategically grown the company’s footprint and developed a talented team of experienced store personnel and dependable drivers — all a good fit for Fisher Auto Parts,” said Godschalk. “We are pleased that Craig will stay on as regional manager to oversee the business and wish Tom all the best in his retirement.”
