Auto Care Association announces new board of directors

Greg Noethlich was appointed chair after serving as vice chair. Rick Schwartz was appointed vice chair after serving as treasurer

Bethesda, Md.—The Auto Care Association has announced the elected members of its board of directors for the 2026–2027 term, including changes to its officer leadership.

Greg Noethlich was appointed chair after serving as vice chair. Rick Schwartz was appointed vice chair after serving as treasurer, while John Treece will serve as treasurer after previously serving as secretary. Newly elected board member JC Washbish will serve as secretary.

This board is effective as of July 1, 2026.

The members of this Auto Care Association Board of Directors are: 

  • Chairman of the Board: Greg Noethlich, CEO, Old World Industries

  • Vice Chairman of the Board: Rick Schwartz, CEO and managing partner, Schwartz Associates

  • Treasurer: John Treece, president and CEO, DMA Sales, LLC

  • Secretary: JC Washbish, president and CEO, Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance Inc.

  • Immediate Past Chair: Mike Boyer, Pesident, TASCO Sales Reps

  • Director: Duncan Gillis, CEO, TERREPOWER

  • Director: Cliff Hovis, president, Hovis Truck and Auto

  • Director: Tina Hubbard, president and CEO, HDA Truck Pride

  • Director: Dwayne Myers, CEO and managing partner, Dynamic Automotive

  • Director: Luke Rauch, senior vice presidentmerchandising and global sourcing, AutoZone

  • Director: David Wilbanks, senior vice president, merchandising, O’Reilly Auto Parts
