Vehicle Service Group receives IACET accreditation

This achievement reflects VSG’s commitment to providing training to help techs, shop owners, and insurance professionals improve their automotive repair skills

Madison, Ind.—Vehicle Service Group (VSG) has announced it has received accreditation covering educational courses offered by its brands (Rotary, Chief Collision Technology, Forward Lift, and Direct Lift) from the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), a globally recognized standard in adult education and training.

This achievement reflects VSG’s commitment to providing quality education and training to help vehicle service technicians, shop owners, and insurance professionals improve their automotive and collision repair skills and expertise.

“We are honored to receive accreditation from IACET, as it validates our ongoing efforts to deliver top-notch educational programs for technicians, repair shop owners, and our insurance partners,” said Elisabeth Sobczak, Commercial and Technical Training Manager, Vehicle Service Group. “This accreditation underscores our commitment to excellence and reaffirms our mission to provide the training and equipment that help insurance professionals, automotive, and collision repair shops find success.”

Drawing on more than 50 years of experience in educating technicians, courses are developed and led by manufacturing experts and industry leaders who provide the world’s most up-to-date information and automotive industry training. Classes are delivered as web-based training (WBT), live hands-on, virtually, or private in-shop. Chief Collision Technology and Rotary are providers of vehicle collision and automotive shop repair equipment, diagnostics, calibration systems, and collision center tools.

Later this year, Rotary and Chief Universities will expand and transform its training curriculum to become Rotary Solutions University. The transition will consist of enhanced coursework and hands-on training for the full line of Rotary products, including vehicle lifts, A/C equipment, wheel balancers, tire changers, alignment systems, and more.

“As a worldwide leader in continuing education and training for the vehicle service industry, IACET accreditation enhances VSG and its reputation for world-class training and education through its Chief and Rotary brands,” Sobczak said. “Furthermore, it will help open doors to providing new learning opportunities and course offerings to all automotive repair shop staff and insurance partners as we transition to Rotary Solutions University.”
