NAPA and University of the Aftermarket combine to address technician shortage with 20 individual scholarships, five are exclusively for women
Atlanta—NAPA has partnered with University of the Aftermarket Foundation (UAF) to provide 20 scholarships for aspiring automotive students.
As part of the commitment, NAPA is awarding 15 $2,500 scholarships to individuals accepted or enrolled in a transportation technician program, along with five $2,500 scholarships specifically for women. This is in addition to other initiatives, such as an apprenticeship program, which aligns with NAPA’s commitment to developing young talent and addressing the technician shortage.
