Free ASE technician webinar: ‘Electric Vehicle Safety’

Topics include how to identify voltage platforms, why they are using high voltages, and how to recognize equipment and tools needed

Leesburg, Va.—The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) is hosting a free webinar for service technicians on Tuesday, Oct. 10 at 4:00 p.m. ET entitled “Electric Vehicle Safety.”

In this webinar, Ryan Payne from Garage Gurus will discuss hybrid and electric vehicle safety. Some of the topics covered will include how to identify voltage platforms and why they are using high voltages as well as how to recognize different equipment and tools needed to safely work on these vehicles.

Participants in this webinar will receive a certificate of attendance at the live session. Allow one week for automatic email delivery of the certificate.

After registering, a confirmation email will be sent containing information about joining the webinar. Those who are not sure if they can attend are encouraged to register as they will receive a follow-up email with details on how to attend a recorded session, if available.
