New England operator strengthens Caliber’s national network as it enters Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont
Lewisville, Texas—The Caliber family of automotive repair and service brands, including Caliber Collision, Caliber Auto Glass and Caliber Fleet Solutions, has announced its expansion into New England.
It marks the company’s entry into Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont through the acquisition of Key Collision.
“We are excited to welcome the talented teammates of Key Collision, as their longstanding commitment to quality repairs and customer service makes them a natural fit with the Caliber family,” said Val Fichera, senior vice president of operations for the Northeast at Caliber.
Founded in 1992, Key Collision operates repair centers in Portland, Maine; Concord, Keene, Manchester, Nashua, Portsmouth, Rochester and Salem, N.H.; and Colchester and South Burlington, Vt.
“Joining the Caliber family is an exciting next chapter for Key Collision and our team,” said John Stolz, former chief operating officer, Key Collision. “Caliber shares the commitment to quality and customer care that has guided our business for more than 30 years, while bringing additional resources, technology and opportunities for our teammates. We are proud of what we have built in New England and look forward to continuing that legacy as part of Caliber.”
The move brings Key Collision’s 10 locations across the three states into the Caliber family, extending Caliber’s footprint to 44 states.
