XL Parts and TPH acquire Alliance Automotive, marks expansion into collision market

Sister companies XL Parts and The Parts House take on Alliance Auto Body Parts with two locations in northwest and southwest Houston

Houston and Jacksonville, Fla.—XL Parts and The Parts House (TPH) has acquired Alliance Automotive, Inc. and Alliance Auto Body Parts, Inc., collectively operating as Alliance Auto Body Parts in Houston. This includes two locations in northwest and southwest Houston.

XL Parts and The Parts House are sister companies with an integrated leadership team, operating as wholesale warehouse distributors of automotive parts. Both are owned by Marubeni Automotive Aftermarket Holdings, a subsidiary of Marubeni Corporation.

This acquisition marks Marubeni Automotive’s expansion into the auto body parts and collision repair industry.

Together, the companies will be able to offer expanded inventory, faster delivery times, and enhanced support to independent repair shops, dealerships, and collision centers throughout the Houston metro area.

“This acquisition is a natural fit for our growth strategy,” said Vikrant Aggarwal, president and CEO of XL Parts and TPH. “Alliance Auto Body Parts shares our values of customer-first service and operational excellence. With this partnership, we’ll be even better positioned to serve the needs of the Houston market.”

The integration process is already underway, with no disruption expected for customers. Alliance Auto Body Parts’ existing team will remain in place to ensure continuity and maintain the relationships they’ve built over the past two decades.
