The following tips for shops was forwarded to Aftermarket Matters Weekly by Steve Horvath, of Jeno's Auto Service in Littleton, Colo. It originated from Randy Pickering, owner of Pickering's Auto Service in Lakewood and Arvada, Colo., who is also an Elite coach. Both are former chairmen of ASA Colorado.
