The election of the industry veteran with more than 35 years of experience places him in line to become the TIA’s president in 2026-27.

Cruickshank is a partner at Schwartz Advisors; other officers for 2025 will be Wayne Schaack, Dan Hanson, David Simms and Tom Ogaz.
His experience includes over 11 years on the supplier side of the industry including roles with Lumileds and MAHLE, and most recently as an account executive at Schaeffler.
AutoZone Executive Vice President Bill Hackney and Dynamic Automotive CEO and Managing Partner Dwayne Myers join as new members.
Rusenovich has over 20 years of diverse sales leadership and management experience in the traditional automotive and commercial vehicle aftermarket industry.
Kinnunen brings 40 years of experience in aftermarket sales, training and management, and most recently worked at KYB.
