Delphi adds 30 first-to-market parts in latest line expansions 

Expansions are in Aftermarket Steering & Suspension, Vehicle Electronics, and Fuel Management product portfolios, representing 289 new SKUs

Auburn Hills, Mich.—Delphi, a PHINIA Inc. brand, has announced line expansions across its Aftermarket Steering & Suspension, Vehicle Electronics, and Fuel Management product portfolios. This latest release introduces 289 new SKUs, including 30 first-to-market part numbers.

These parts provide coverage for more than 243 million vehicles-in-operation (VIO) across the United States and Canada. 

• The Steering & Suspension category features the largest expansion of part numbers, with 188 new SKUs added, including 14 first-to-market offerings. These include lateral arm bushings, suspension control arms, suspension stabilizer bar bushing kits, and suspension control arm bushings. Together, these additions expand coverage to more than 185 million VIO in the United States and Canada. 

• The Vehicle Electronics category adds 90 new SKUs, with eight first-to-market parts, including ABS wheel speed sensors, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves, ignition coils, mass air flow sensors, and vehicle speed sensors. The new SKUs cover more than 74 million VIO in the United States and Canada and include models from Ford, Jeep, Honda, General Motors, Subaru, Stellantis, and Toyota. 

• Within the Fuel Management category, Delphi has launched eight first-to-market fuel pump module assemblies, providing coverage for popular Ford, Honda, General Motors, BMW, Infiniti, Volvo, and Chevrolet models. Overall, the Fuel Management expansion includes 11 new SKUs, covering more than 5 million VIO in the U.S. and Canada.
