The scholarships are awarded in memory of the late founder of Federated Auto Parts and are administered by the University of the Aftermarket Foundation.
Three scholarships will be granted to women who work as technicians or drivers within the heavy-duty trucking industry.
Each of the 12 recipients will receive $2,500 toward their automotive education; program now totals over $230,000 in tuition support.
