EAS Tire & Auto expands Denver market presence with two acquisitions

The recent deals include K-Motion Auto Service in Englewood and Antero Automotive & Truck Services in Greenwood Village

Denver—EAS Tire & Auto, a Straightaway Tire & Auto brand, has announced the completion of two additional acquisitions. The recent deals include K-Motion Auto Service in Englewood and Antero Automotive & Truck Services in Greenwood Village, building on its presence in the greater Denver market.

The acquisitions, finalized on January 2 and January 10, respectively, expand EAS Tire & Auto’s footprint in strategic Denver submarkets to 21 locations.

Brian Bates, president of EAS Tire and Auto

“We are thrilled to welcome both Antero Automotive and Truck Services and K-Motion Auto Service into the EAS Tire & Auto family,” said Brian Bates, president of EAS Tire and Auto. “The two businesses have built outstanding reputations for quality service and customer care, and we are honored to carry forward their legacies.

“These acquisitions align with our commitment to delivering top-tier automotive solutions while expanding our presence in the community. We look forward to working with their talented teams and ensuring a seamless transition for the customers who have come to trust them for their vehicle needs.”

K-Motion Auto Service, recognized for its large facility and experienced team, provides EAS with a strong foundation for growth in the Englewood community. The acquisition, being its first of 2025, allows EAS to establish a presence in a previously unserved market.

Antero Automotive & Truck Services, a long-standing fixture in the community, brings a team of highly skilled professionals who will contribute to EAS’s continued growth. Its proximity to the EAS-Davis location in Greenwood Village provides further density for the brand, allowing for greater efficiency and expanded repair offerings.

“After decades of serving this community, it was important to us that K-Motion Auto Service continues under leadership that values integrity, service excellence, and the relationships we’ve built,” said Jim and Diane Kristie, sellers of K-Motion Auto Service.

“We couldn’t have asked for a better fit than Brian Bates and the EAS Tire & Auto team. We are confident that our customers and employees are in great hands, and we’re excited to see K-Motion thrive in this next chapter.”

This expansion reflects a commitment to preserving local automotive repair expertise while providing resources for growth and operational excellence. Both locations will maintain their high-performing teams while gaining access to Straightaway’s platform support and resources.

“Antero Automotive has always been about integrity, service, and community, and I couldn’t have found a better partner than Brian Bates and EAS Tire and Auto to carry that mission forward,” said Andy Emery, former owner of Antero Automotive and Truck Services.

“From our very first conversation, it was clear that we shared the same values and passion for taking care of both customers and employees. I’m excited for this next chapter, knowing that our customers will continue to receive exceptional service and that our team will be in great hands.”
