Spencer, Iowa—Arnold Motor Supply has announced the acquisition of longtime Kohl Auto Parts, McCook, Neb.

Kohl Auto Parts was originally founded as Sidles in the 1950s before becoming Mr. Automotive in the 1970s. Neal Kohl purchased the store in 1986, and his son, Barry Kohl, took ownership in 1992. Barry later rebranded the business as Kohl Auto Parts in 1999.

“We’re honored to continue the legacy built by the Kohl family and to bring expanded products and support to the McCook area,” said Eric Johnson, President and Managing Partner at Arnold Motor Supply. “Customers can expect the same great service with even more resources at their fingertips.”
