San Antonio, Texas—The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc. has announced the hiring of Nicole (Nikki) Paschall to the position of director of Communications and Engagement. Paschall joins the Sales & Marketing Department and reports directly to JC Washbish, vice president of Sales & Marketing.

“Bringing Nikki Paschall onboard in this new position within the Alliance is a win for our headquarters office as well as for our current and future shareholder members,” said Washbish. “Nikki has over a decade of industry experience and a proven track record of success. We are excited to welcome her to the team and for her to contribute to the Alliance membership with her efforts.”

Paschall will play a vital role in Alliance Shareholder Meetings, events, sweepstakes and promotions, the Alliance’s upcoming 2022 Aftermarket Jackpot Convention event in Las Vegas, as well as contributing to the communication efforts between Alliance Headquarters, industry partners, customers, and shareholder members. Paschall will also lead the marketing efforts for the Alliance’s Commercial Vehicle and Heavy-Duty Program.

“I’m thrilled to join the team at the Alliance and hit the ground running on so many crucial projects. The automotive and commercial vehicle aftermarket is near and dear to my heart and I’m excited to continue relationships I’ve built over the last 10 years, and create new ones while providing value and innovative ideas to the Alliance shareholders and supplier partners” Paschall said.

Paschall was most recently director of Marketing for HDA Truck Pride before joining the Alliance.  Paschall holds a BA in Automotive Marketing & Business Management from Northwood University, is a current member of the Auto Care Association’s Education Committee, and a Board Member and Secretary of GenNext Heavy Duty.
