Advance Auto Parts CEO will join AASA’s Vision Conference as 2022 keynote speaker

Tom Greco will discuss how Advance handled the pandemic, ways it continued to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their supply chain, and how it collaborated with suppliers

Research Triangle Park, N.C.—Tom Greco, CEO at Advance Auto Parts, will be the keynote speaker for the 2022 AASA Vision Conference located in Dearborn, Mich. He will speak during the supplier-only Customer Spotlight segment and will cover this transformative time in the aftermarket industry which requires suppliers and customers to collaborate closely. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear responses to questions asked of the leader of one of the largest automotive aftermarket suppliers in the country in a post-presentation Q&A session.

“From the onset of COVID-19, one of our key priorities has been to position Advance to emerge even stronger from the pandemic, and our supplier partners play a vital role in ensuring this happens,” said Greco. “Now more than ever, we need to collaborate to address the challenges we all face, immediately and longer term. I look forward to sharing my perspectives at the upcoming AASA Vision Conference and hearing questions and feedback from our highly valued suppliers.”

Vision will kick-off with a welcome reception at the Henry Ford Museum on April 5 and then will dive right into a full day of presentations, breakout sessions, and networking on April 6. The conference attracts all functions within aftermarket companies, including executives, sales, marketing, category and product management from the aftermarket’s top suppliers and channel partners.

“We are extremely grateful to have Tom join the 2022 AASA Vision Conference,” said Paul McCarthy, AASA CEO and president. “These sessions between supplier leaders and key customers are critical to help relationships grow and develop so success can be achieved by all. His presentation will undoubtedly be a major highlight of this year’s event.”
